After the wave of #MeToo stories focused attention on the prevalence and pain of sexual harassment in the workplace, the question now is, #NowWhat? New America‘s Better Life Lab took up this question in their Sexual Harassment Solutions Toolkit. Among other thoughtful interventions, the authors of the toolkit emphasize the importance of bottom up, worker-led solutions, such as the Coalition of Immokalee Workers‘ Fair Food Program.
